## Abstract

These regulations contain revised income percentage factors for the income contingent repayment plan, a repayment plan available in the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program. The regulations also contain updated sample income contingent repayment amounts for single and married or head-of-household borrowers at various income and debt levels.
