## Abstract

The Secretary amends the Institutional Eligibility and Student Assistance General Provisions regulations. These technical amendments are necessary to correct cross-references, delete references to programs that are no longer funded, and make a number of nomenclature changes that provide the correct names of various Title IV, HEA programs.
