## Abstract

On February 25, 1998, HUD published an interim rule that broadened the eligibility for public and private non-profit two-year institutions of higher education to participate in the Hispanic-serving Institutions Work Study Program (HSI-WSP). This final rule makes final that interim rule without changes.
