Abstract

The U.S. Secretary of Education (Secretary) amends the regulations implementing programs under Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965. These amendments update the regulations to reflect subsequent statutory changes that affect Title I programs and delete an inapplicable provision.
