## Abstract

The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight is issuing an interim regulation to implement the Privacy Act of 1974. The regulation sets forth the procedures by which an individual may request access to records about him/her that are maintained by OFHEO, amendment of such records, or an accounting of disclosures of such records. OFHEO is requesting comments on the regulation.
