Abstract
On April 9, 1997, HUD published a final rule for the Hispanic- serving Institutions Work Study Program (HSI-WSP). That rule established, among other things, eligibility for the program. Eligibility was limited to certain public and private non-profit two- year institutions of higher education. This interim rule broadens eligibility to a larger universe of these institutions.
