Abstract

On March 12, 1999, final regulations were published for the Assistance to States for the Education of Children with Disabilities program at 64 FR 12406-12674. Appendix B to the regulations, entitled ``Index for IDEA--Part B Regulations,'' has been revised as described in the Supplementary Information that follows.
