## Abstract

HUD's regulations at 24 CFR part 108 cover compliance procedures for affirmative fair housing marketing. As a result of internal HUD organizational changes, the offices referred to in these regulations no longer exist as they did when the regulations were issued. This final rule updates these references. This final rule also incorporates language that all correspondence that could lead to an enforcement action against a small entity (such as audits, investigations, or compliance reviews) will notify the small entity of its right to comment to the National Small Business Ombudsman. This requirement is added in accordance with the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act.
