Abstract

The Secretary amends the regulations governing the Projects With Industry (PWI) program administered by the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA). The Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1998 (1998 Amendments), Title IV of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA), made certain amendments to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 that affect the PWI program. These regulations implement those amendments to the PWI program.
