International Education Programs: General Provisions, National Resource Centers Program for Foreign Language and Area Studies or Foreign Language and International Studies, Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Language Program, The International Research and Studies Program, and Language Resource Centers Program
The Secretary amends the regulations governing the International Education Programs to incorporate changes made by the Higher Education Amendments of 1998. These final regulations are needed to reflect changes made by recently enacted legislation.
