- **PROCEDURE:** Serratus Posterior Superior Intercostal Plane (SPSIP) block 40 ml of 0.1875% bupivacaine
- **PROCEDURE:** Serratus Posterior Superior Intercostal Plane (SPSIP) 50 ml of 0.15% bupivacaine
- **PROCEDURE:** Serratus Posterior Superior Intercostal Plane (SPSIP) 30 ml of 0.25% bupivacaine
