- **PROCEDURE:** Braun anastomosis on delayed gastric emptying (DGE) in reconstruction after pancreaticoduodenectomy
- **PROCEDURE:** Patients undergo PD with standard antecolic Billroth II reconstruction without Braun enteroenterostomy.
