Field citation II-UST-FC-333EC was issued for violations of 40 CFR 280.31(c); failure to inspect impresseed current system every 60 days and 40 CFR 280.34(b)(4) failure to maintain documentation of compliance with release dection requirements. Documentation that al monitoring and record keeping now being done submitted.
