This is an Administrative Penalty complaint and consent agreement pursuant to RCRA subtitle C which simultaneously initiates and concludes this action with respect to Aero-Electric Connectors, Inc. The violations alleged are: (1) storage of HW without a permit; (2) open containers; (3) failure to maintain facility to prevent releases; (4) weekly inspections, (5) training violations and (6)failure to obtain an EPA ID number. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $120,000.
