Based on EPA’s review of the December 17, 2007, CAFO annual compliance inspection, Baker Finishing Farm, Inc. was found to be in violation of the Clean Water Act. The violations include, but are not limited to, the following: failure to maintain the animal waste retention structure (AWRS) to prevent the potential for discharge; and failure to maintain proper records documenting the AWRS lagoon’s freeboard
