Tustin, dba as Spruce Park Centre, for owning, operating or maintaining a Class V disposal well which, through injection activity, allows the movement of fluid containing any contaminant into underground sources of drinking water; and for operating a motor vehicle waste disposal well after the 1/1/2007 ban of all motor vehicle waste disposal wells.
