This Emergency Administrative Order is issued to the Bridger Valley Joint Powers Board due to an inability to produce water below the 0.3 Nethelometric Turbidity Unit finished water turbidity limit. Since the Town of Mountain View public water system is a consecutive water system to the Bridger Valley Joint Powers Board water system, EPA is issuing an Administrative Order to the Town of Mountain View in order to ensure the protection of public health for residents and water consumers.
