This facility was in violation of underground storage tank (UST) release detection requirements for failing to properly operate and maintain the tanks' corrosion protection systems, and failing to perform leak prevention on the tanks and piping. A compliance order was issued requiring the owner to maintain corrosion protection and provide proper release detection, as required by the state of Connecticut's UST rules and regulations.
