On March 22, 2007, EPA issued a NOV/FOV to Riceland for installing and/or operating air emission sources without obtaining permits as required by the Ohio State Implementation Plan (SIP), failing to apply for a Title V Permit, and failing to implement the National Emission Standards Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Wood Furniture Manufacturing Operations.
