This Settlement Agreement provides for the performance of an investigation by Respondent and the reimbursement of certain response costs incurred by the United States at or in connection with the portion of the former Loral Librascope property located in Glendale, California at, inter alia, 1607 Flower Street and 727 Sonora Street (the Property ).
