Respondent was issued SSURO on 4/24/08 and was ordered to immediately cease the distribution, sale and/or use of the pesticide product identified as SLS Fertilizer With .28 Halts; any pesticide distributed or sold with EPA Reg. No. 538-538-304; and all of these products' optional and alternative brand names (collectively the unregistered pesticide products).
