Violations involve two USTs at each of the facilities located in Mayaguez and Isabela, PR. There are three counts for failure 1) to provide corrosion protection for steel piping in contact with ground, 2) to conduct release detection and to maintain release detection records of tanks, and 3) to conduct release detection and to maintain release detection records of piping. Both facilities are required to come into compliance. Both facilities are Federal Facilities. FFEO has reviewed the complaint and CAFO and concurred.
