This action is being taken for a misbranding violation that was uncovered during an inspections of Lockwood Boat Works, Inc, South Amboy, NJ (March 13, 2006) and Flexabar, Lakewood, NJ (April 4, 2006) by EPA Region 2 inspectors. A product called Aquagard II Alumi Koat Spray Paint was found to have pesticidal claims but did not bear a valid EPA Pesticides Registration Number and did not have 'an ingredient statement which contains the name and percentage by weight of each active ingredient and the total percentage by weight of all inert ingredients'. This action is being taken for violations of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(E) Â distribution or sale of misbranded pesticide product.
