This Administrative Settlement Agreement for Response Costs is entered into voluntarily by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and Atlantic Richfield Company. This Settlement Agreement provides for the reimbursement of response costs EPA incurred in response actions at the Anaconda Copper Mine site in Yerington, Nevada.
