(ÂKnouseÂ), seeking penalty for violations of Section 103 of CERCLA and Sections 304(a) and (b) and 304(c) of EPCRA in connection with a September 21, 2006 release of 981 pounds of ammonia from the Knouse facility, located at 800 Peach Glen-Idaville Road in Peach Glen, Pennsylvania, and KnouseÂs violations of Sections 311 and 312 of EPCRA in connection with its reported chemical inventory at the same facility.
