ALTO BONITO, LLC (NMU001589): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted February 23, 2008, by the New Mexico Environment Department. It was determined at the time of the inspection that, since Alto Bonito,LLC, was conducting construction activities on thirteen (13) acres of the Sandoval County Judicial Complex, they should have been permitted under the Storm Water Construction General Permit. An administrative order was drafted and routed to address the violations.
