Glendale OU Admin Order for RI / Avanessians

This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent (“Settlement Agreement”) is entered into voluntarily by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) and Artik Avanessians (“Respondent”). This Settlement Agreement provides for the performance of an investigation by Respondent and the reimbursement of certain response costs incurred by the United States at or in connection with the portion of the former Drilube Company located at 711 West Broadway (the “Property”).
