This Administrative Order on Consent concerns the Paul McCoy's Laundry and Dry Cleaners, Inc. facility located within the Motorola 52nd Street Site located in Phonix, Arizona. On March 8, 2006, Settling Party entered into an Administrative Order on Consent pursuant to CERCLA to conduct a Focused Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study at the Facility. Settling Respondent has completed the work required by the AOC to date. There remains significant work under the AOC, however, and the Settling Party indicated that it cannot comply with future requirements due to financial constraints. Rather than seeking to enforce the AOC, EPA believes it is in the best interest of the investigation to enter into this Agreement.
