This facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-439 for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.40(a): failure to provide adequate release detection method; 40 CFR 280.43(a)(3): inadequate reconciliation of inventory data; and 40 CFR 280.31(b): failure to ensure proper operation of cathodic protection system. The facility addressed the release detection violations, and removed the waste oil UST which was not cathodically protected. While removing the waste oil UST another substandard waste oil was discovered and removed.
