PCB Violations:
Section 6(e) of TSCA, 15 U.S.C. ��2605, and the regulations found at 40 C.F.R. ��761.30(a)(1)(viii) provide that as of December 1, 1985, combustible materials must not be stored within a Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Transformer enclosure, within 5 meters of a transformer enclosure, or in unenclosed, within 5 meters of a PCB Transformer. In Substations 2 and 4, Anchor Glass had two PCB Transformers, General Electric (GE), serial numbers C856072, and G856237, in use, with combustible materials, stored within 5 meters of these PCB Transformers, violating
40 C.F.R. ��761.30(a)(1)(viii).
