This expedited consent agreement is issued to Thermo Fluids for the unauthorized discharge of approximately 2,500 gallons of used oil into the riparian area of the White River Forest and/or adjoining shorelines from its vehicle in Eagle County, Colorado. Responent states that it has investigated the cause of the spill, cleaned the spill up and taken corrective action to prevent future spills.
