The facility submitted a Risk Management Plan for propane. The facility failed to submit an Emergency and Hazardous Chemcial Inventory form to the State Emergency Response Commission, the Local Emergerncy Planning Committee, and the local fire department with jurisdiction over the facility for the 2001 calendar year, by March 1, 2002.
