Truth or Consequences Municipal Schools failed to conduct a reinspection at Truth or Consequences Elementary School for compliance with the requirements of the Asbestos Containing Materials in Schools rule, 40 CFR 763.85. An Administrative Civil Complaint was issued on 9/18/2003, in the amount of $2475. The school district will be required to comply with the regulation by Decemeber 1, 2003.
