Tatum Municipal School District violated the inspection requirements of the Asbestos-Containing Materials in Schools Rule, Final Rule and Notice, 40 CFR 763.85(b)(1). An administrative penalty of $3,410 was issued on September 23, 2003. The school district is required to demonstrate compliance by December 1, 2003.
