This complaint and expedited settlement agreement is issued to MFG, Inc. for failure to follow the EPA approved remediation waste plan and disposed the 8 drums of PCB waste at the Tower Road Landfill rather than in accordance with federal regulations; and failure to prepare a manifest for the 8 drums of PCB waste.
