This combined complaint and consent agreement is issued to Defense Technology Corporation of America for failure to submit an inventory form for Malononitrile to the Wyoming SERC, LEPC, and fire department as required by federal regulations and failure to submit reporting form R for Methanol to the EPA Reporting Center and to the Wyoming SERC as required by the Statute.
