On September 16, 2010, a consent judgment was entered, resolving EPAÂs civil action to recover response costs incurred at the Defendant's site in Brooklyn, New York. The site was a waste oil recycling facility which became contaminated by PCBs. After the Defendant abandoned the Site, EPA performed a removal action under CERCLA.
