A & B Cors, Inc., also failed to report Solvent 142, hydrotreated light petroleum distillate for years 1997 through 2000; Mac Stamp 95, petroleum hydrocarbon naptha for year 1998; Ecoform SVO 95, aliphatic petroleum, petroleum hydrocarbon naptha for year 1998; Ecoform SVO 95, petroleum for year 1999; and vanishing oil, heavy alkylate for year 2000. A & B Alternators, Inc., A & B Cores, Inc., volated Section 313 of EPCRA for failing to submit Form R reports for reporting years 1997 through 2000 for copper. A & B Enterprises, Inc. violated Section 313 for failing to submit Form R reports for copper and methyl ethyl ketone for reporting years 1997 through 2000. Dalex, Inc., violated Section 313 of EPCRA for failing to submit Form R reports for copper for reporting years 1997 through 1998; copper, methyl ethyl ketone and toluene for reporting year 1999; and copper and methyl ethyl ketone for reporting year 2000
