This is an Administrative Order pursuant to the Clean Water Act issued to the El Dorado Irrigation District. The violation involves effluent limit violation for copper and the failure to fully implement a pretreatment program. The Order directs El Dorado Irrigation District to perform additional monitoring for copper, arsenic, lead, molybdenum, zinc, total dissolved solids and hardness. It also directs El Dorado Irrigation District to submit a written description of the pretreatment program in order to obtain pretreatment program approval.
