NMED/SWQB. September 8, 2003, inspection found the New Mexico Building Products, Inc., engaged in construction activities associated with the development of the Skywest Business Park, Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM and non compliant with the federal NPDES storm water regulatory program. EPA plans to initiate enforcement action to address the non compliance.
