A storm water compliance inspection was conducted September 23, 2003, at the Steve Hawkins Custom Homes site in Fort Worth, TX. The site was in non-compliance in that the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was inadequate in several areas. The facility met the criteria for the Expedited Settlement Offer which was issued 10/28/2003.
