Shell has exceeded its Total Suspended Solids violations at least 9 times for the period of 4/01 to 7/03, shell has will take steps to put pollution control measures in place and reroute stormwater run-on from off site around the facility. The EPA is also closely investigating off-site construction sites, due to their non-compliance with EQB Permits.
