An Expidited Complaint and Final Order (ECAFO) was administered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 6 (EPA) in February of 2004, to Continental Airlines Inc. located at 8437 Lockheed HOUMB, Houston, Texas 77061. Continental was ordered to pay a cash penalty and complete a Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP). The purpose of the Continental Airlines Supplemental Environmental Project (the Continental Airlines SEP ) is to:
(1) Purchase emergency response and /or computer equipment for a settled cash ammount for response to hazardous materials incidents in the Houston Area for the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC).
