Hunt Construction Group, Inc. (TXR158253): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on February 2, 2004, to evaluate compliance with the Texas General Permit for Construction Activities. It was determined at that time that although Hunt Construction Group, Inc., had applied for permit coverage and certified they had a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) the �plan� they had was basically just an Erosion Control Plan; there had been no scheduled inspections as required by the permit; and the Best Management Practices (BMPs) at the site were not properly selected and/or installed. Because Hunt Construction Group, Inc., met the criteria an Expedited Settlement Offer was drafted.
