Respondent will perform a CERCLA Remedial Action and Feasibility Study in the Newark Bay Study Area in order to assess its condition and evaluate alternatives to prevent and/or mitigate any actual and/or potential threat of harm to human health or welfare or the environment caused by the release and threatened release of hazardous substances from the Newark Bay Study Area.
There is also a provision for future costs in the AOC.
