EPA has completed its review of the city of Dallass municipal storm water program, which is intended to reduce pollutants entering the city storm water system and comply with pollution control measures outlined in the citys national pollutant discharge elimination system (NPDES) permit. EPA has shared its findings of program deficiencies with city officials. EPA has issued a multi-media (RCRA and CWA) administrative order that directs the city to develop and present a corrective action plan to eliminate any existing violations and to ensure future violations do not occur.
