VIOLATIONS: Respondend violated Section 301 of the CWA from February 25,2003 thru April 1, 2003. Deficiencies were noted during a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) review on January 13, 2004.
RELIEF: (a) within 30 days take corrective action; (b) within 30 days submit written report on corrective actions, (c) if not possible to correct the violation within 30 days, submit comprehensive plan to do so.
