PWS violated total coliform rule by failing to conduct coliform monitoring for the monitoring periods of October-December 2002, January-March 2003, April-June 2003, and July-September 2003. Respondent failed to perform public notice of violations for the August and September 2000, monitoring periods, exceeded the maximum contaminant level for microbiological contaminants in August 2000, failed to take repeat samples for the August 2000, monitoring period, and failed to take adequate samples during the September 2000, monitoring period.
