Respondent failed to timely submit a Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) report for acetronitrile, ammonia, dichloromethane, and a mixture of acetonitrile and ethylene dichloride to the EPA and the State of North Carolina for calendar year 2001. Respondent submitted this report to the appropriate agencies on June 12, 2003.
