EPA December 18, 2003, inspection found Tegrity Contractors, Inc., engaged in construction activities associated with the development of the Firewheel Retail Shopping Center, 5255 North George Bush Hwy., Garland, TX, and non compliant with the federal NPDES storm water regulatory program. EPA plans to initiate enforcement action for the non compliance.
